TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

Vaastu Shastra provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. By employing the use of our services at Vaastu Shastra or as detailed at www.vaastushastra.co.za you accept these terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service with Vaastu Shastra, whether or not included in the www.vaastushastra.co.za website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE

By using our services, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “terms and conditions of use”). If you do not agree to these “terms and conditions of use” please do not employ our services. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these “terms and conditions of use”. Analysis reports and grids provided during feedback sessions including web pages on our website and in the screen displaying the web pages, and in the contents included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads is owned by Vaastu Shastra and is protected by international copyright laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, translated, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of the owner. Except as expressly provided in writing, Vaastu Shastra will not grant any express or implied right to any person to use any of the materials contained herein, be it patents, copyright works, trademarks or any other subject matter which is protected by intellectual property laws.

TRADEMARKS

Vaastu Shastra have trademarks in place that are used and/or registered in the Republic of South Africa. The Vaastu Shastra trademarks, including the Companies’ logos, shall not be used by any person without the express written license of Vaastu Shastra, and any such licensed use must be in compliance with the specifications and directions stipulated by the trademark holder from time to time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All statements, services, offers, representations, or other information or content expressed or made available by Vaastu Shastra are included for education and convenience of third party users and used entirely at your own risk. It is the responsibility of all third party users to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, views, opinions, judgments, services, offers, representations and other content made available through the use of our service. Under no circumstances will Vaastu Shastra be liable for any loss or damage caused by a third party’s reliance on the information obtained through the use of our services. Vaastu Shastra will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, statute, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise, relating to the use of our services. Further, Vaastu Shastra does not warrant that the information, content or materials provided in our recommendation reports or analysis reports are accurate, complete, error-free or will meet any particular criteria of performance or quality.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS RELATING TO VAASTU SHASTRA RECOMMENDATIONS OR CONSULTING SERVICES

Vaastu Shastra is a metaphysical practice and cannot be considered an absolute science. Since there are many influences upon all of us, expectations from users of this site, clients and students, must be tempered with the knowledge that we also have Free Will and circumstances in life which make it impossible to guarantee results from using such services.

Recommendations, advice, and all forms of analysis performed as described are done with the best of intentions and based on all knowledge available to Vaastu Shastra at the time services have been performed. We do not warrant and/or make any claims for the absolute effectiveness of applying the recommendations contained therein, since we acknowledge that there can be competing or conflicting influences we are unaware of or those which are out of our control.

MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

GOVERNING LAWS

By subscribing to the use of our services, you agree that the Republic of South Africa, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vaastu Shastra.
